Project Title: Longitudinal Impact of Gender Affirming Endocrine Interventions on the Mental Health and Well-Being of Transgender Youths – A Yardstick approach

Qualification & Experience:

PhD/M.Phil./MBA/ Post graduate in social science discipline with minimum of 55%

• Proficiency in handling MS Office and analytical software like SPSS, AMOS, R, Python, NVivo, and Web scraping tools.
• Command over oral and written English Language
• Minimum 1 year experience in research work or research project of similar nature
• Transgender candidates are encouraged to apply

Candidate Profile:

• The candidate should be completed a UG/PG in the relevant discipline with good academic records.
• The candidate should have excellent communication
• Candidates should be passionate towards teaching and guiding students
• The candidate should have good research record

Tenure of Position: 60 Months or after completion of the Project (whichever is earlier)

Monthly Fellowship: Rs. 47,000/ per month
